This only indicates that your order has been received and is prepared for processing and shipping. You will receive an additional email after shipment with a clickable tracking link to alert you of the shipment.

Our lead periods for both free and regular delivery are three to five business days. If you choose the ‘Next Day’ option at checkout before 2pm on weekdays, you can select next day delivery to have your order delivered the following working day

You may have spotted of our towelling products with the title ‘Egyptian Collection’. We adopted this moniker for our brand when we first started our business to emphasise the superior quality of our cotton. Although the cotton is not directly from Egypt, our cotton is supplied from premium cotton fields in the USA & South East Asia. We use some of the best cotton available on the market right now for our products. Our facility, which is certified ISO 9001-2000, produces our towelling items.

Yes, in the majority of cases. However, occasionally, if we have various batches of the same towel range, there might be a small variation in the colour hue, say, between a bath towel and a hand towel. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us; our helpful customer care will be happy to determine whether or not we can fulfil a matching set.

Although we don’t have a physical store, you are more than welcome to come check out our products in person or even buy them from our warehouse in Bolton!
